Installation Guide

Follow the proven workflow.

Prepare a clean, sound subfloor 01 Prepare Subfloor

Confirm the substrate is structurally sound, clean, dry, flat and free from dust, grease or loose residue.

Apply adhesive with a V-notch trowel 02 Use a 5-6 mm V-Notch Trowel

Apply SETTO Supreme S75 with a 5-6 mm V-notch trowel held at a 45 degree angle for controlled adhesive ridges.

Maintain a consistent trowel angle 03 Maintain 45 Degree Angle

Hold the trowel at approximately 45 degrees to create consistent adhesive height and transfer.

Check adhesive transfer beneath timber flooring 04 Check Adhesive Transfer

Structural bonding requires minimum 80% adhesive transfer between subfloor and timber flooring.

Full-coverage timber flooring adhesive system 05 Use Full Coverage When Required

100% substrate coverage is required for full moisture and acoustic performance.
